These terms apply to your use of this online store and to any order you place with Snacrunch Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at C-2856, Bhagavati Park, Kadiyabid, Ta. Bhavnagar, Dist. Bhavnagar, 364002, Gujarat.

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that the delivery address is one you are entitled to use.

Our products

We sell packaged Indian snacks. Ingredients, nutritional information, allergen advice and storage instructions are printed on every pack and shown on the product page. Please read the allergen advice before eating our products if you have a food allergy or intolerance.

Product photographs are for illustration. The pack you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the images shown.

Prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order, for example if:

the product is out of stock
the price or product description was listed incorrectly
we cannot deliver to your address
we suspect the order is fraudulent

If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout. We do not store your card or banking details. Your order is not processed until payment is confirmed.

Our content

The Snacrunch name, logo, pack designs, photographs, text and layout on this store belong to Snacrunch Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Your use of the store

You agree not to use this store to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to extract data from it by automated means.

Availability of the store

We aim to keep the store available at all times but we do not guarantee it. We may suspend or withdraw all or part of it for maintenance or for any other reason, without notice.

Our liability

We are responsible to you for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.

We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including our liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from an order placed with us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
