Where we ship

Snacrunch Private Limited ships across India. We do not currently ship outside India.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges may apply to your order. Any charges are calculated and shown to you at checkout, based on your delivery pin code, before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay. There are no charges added after an order is placed.

Order processing

Orders are usually packed and handed to our delivery partner within 2 to 3 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Delivery timelines depend on your location and on our delivery partner. An estimated delivery window is shown at checkout. Timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Deliveries can be delayed by weather, local restrictions, courier backlogs or incorrect address details.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully before placing your order. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because nobody was available to receive it after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with our delivery partner. Please keep the packaging and, where possible, send us photos.
