Refund policy

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel, contact us on +91 88668 55814 or email contact@snacrunch.com with your order number as early as you can. Once cancelled, the full amount you paid is refunded to your original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched we are no longer able to cancel it.

Returns

Our products are packaged food. For reasons of food safety and hygiene we are not able to accept returns of products that have been delivered in good condition, and we cannot resell a pouch once it has left our hands. Please order carefully.

This does not affect your rights where something has gone wrong with your order.

If something is wrong with your order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

a pouch arrives damaged, torn or leaking
you receive a different variety or quantity from the one you ordered
an item is missing from your parcel
a product is past its best before date on arrival

Email contact@snacrunch.com with your order number and photographs of the product and its packaging. We will verify the issue and, at your preference, either send a replacement at no cost or refund the affected item in full including any shipping charge paid on it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order. We process refunds within 3 working days of approving them. How long the money takes to appear in your account after that depends on your bank or payment provider, and is typically 5 to 7 working days.

We do not make refunds in cash or to a different account from the one used to pay.
